What is leadership really? Well… It is a lot of things… Taking control of a situation, or just leading a team to a victory are some examples. But what about a strong definition? The dictionary, doesn’t have one, Internet? Nope. So let’s just look at what the characteristics of leadership actually are.

First off. Characteristics. We are looking for things that define different leadership moments and examples. Then compiling that into a larger understanding. When leadership happens it usually happens when somebody has control like the captain of a team or a teacher. So maybe leadership is a persons control over a groups actions, captain of a team controls the plays.
